Een paar weken geleden kwam ik op deze leuke blog terecht en las ik over een toffe sew along "flip this pattern".
Volledig overmoedig besloot ik om mee te naaien want de patronen die "geflipt" moeten worden zijn echt wel leuk.

A bit audacious I decided to sew along because the patterns that we have to flip are really really nice.
Maar ja, hoe begin je eraan om een patroon dat al mooi is op zichzelf toch te gaan veranderen?

Heel wat ideeën passeerden de revue maar uiteindelijk toomde ik mijn overmoedige zelf wat in en maakte ik van het bovenstuk een A-lijntje waardoor het jurkje helemaal anders wordt.
Many ideas were reviewed but eventually I tamed my reckless self ;o) and just changed the top into an A-line. This makes the dress completely different.
